To redeem a sample fragrance, users first enter the MARC JACOBS redemption site.

They will see a page that offers an opportunity to sample the product by clicking on a tab.

After that, users are required to fill in their details as well as the preferred sample pick-up location on a simple registration form. The site will show successful registration.

Users will then receive an SMS that states the validity and pick-up location of the sample redemption.

When users visit the counter, they can show their SMS to the staff on duty. The link will allow the staff to insert the passcode and confirm sample redemption by clicking on the tab.

The page will then show that the sample has been redeemed.
